Competition Terms and Conditions

By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
The prize draw is being run by flypop Ltd (‘flypop Ltd / flypop / ‘we’/ ‘us’) of B108 Enterprise House, London Stansted Airport, Stansted Essex

The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age only.
In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
A maximum of one competition entry per individual is permitted.
The prize draw is free to enter.

Goa Festival, Cranford:

To Register at the flypop stand at the Goa Cultural Fest organized by Ultrasonic Events on 21st August 2022 at Cranford Community College, Cranford, TW5 9PD.
Once registered, you will automatically be entered into the draw for a chance to win.
The prize draw is only for the one day of the event.
Registration timings are from 11.30 am to 7.30pm. Late entries will not be accepted. 
flypop Ltd will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate; or for prize draw entries that are lost, mislaid, or damage

India’s Indepdence Day Celebrations, Hayes

To Register at the flypop stand at the 75th Anniversary of Independence Day of India on 21st August 2022 at Navnat Centre, Printing House Lane, Hayes, UB3.
Once registered, you will automatically be entered into the draw for a chance to win.
The prize draw is only for the one day of the event.
Registration timings are from 11.00am to 4.00pm. Late entries will not be accepted.
flypop Ltd will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate; or for prize draw entries that are lost, mislaid, or damaged.

A single prize of 2 return tickets / flights to a flypop destination from London Stansted Airport to India

India’s Indepdence Day Celebrations, Hayes

Four single prizes of 1 return ticket / flight to a flypop destination from London Stansted Airport to India
The winners will be drawn at random.
The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
The decision of flypop Ltd regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Goan Festival:

Winner will be announced at the end of the event, on the day and given a voucher confirming the prize.
In the event the winner is not present to receive the prize, flypop Ltd will attempt to contact winner by email and / or phone up to 3 times. If contact is not made, we reserve the right to choose and notify a new winner.

India’s Indepdence Day Celebrations, Hayes

Winners will be announced approximately on the hour, from 1.00pm to 4.00pm at the event, on the day and given a voucher confirming the prize.
In the event the winner/s are not present to receive the prize, flypop Ltd will attempt to contact winner by email and / or phone up to 3 times. If contact is not made, we reserve the right to choose and notify a new winner.

The winner will have 12 months from when the tickets go on sale to redeem the voucher and claim the prize [Prize will only be released following proof of identification.
If a winner does not claim their prize within 12 months, they will lose their right to the prize.
If the winner cannot be contacted or has not claimed their prize within the required time limit, we reserve the right to choose and notify a new winner. 
Prize is only redeemable against available fares advertised on our website, subject to our terms and conditions.

Winner consents to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw, being used by flypop for the purposes of administering the prize draw. 
Winner agrees to participate in any reasonable publicity related to the prize draw which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media.

flypop does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants because of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that the flypop does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.

flypop reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. 
The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
