Flights to Amritsar and Ahmedabad in our distinctive flypop livery will be using the Airbus A330.

With over 1400 airplanes in operation the A330 is one of the worlds most successful aircraft and remains the preferred option for over 100 airlines worldwide, flying to over 400 destinations each week.

The A330 is part of the most modern and reliable family of aircraft in the market today due to its proven and unrivalled low operating costs, high efficiency, flexibility, reliability and optimized performance. It is less polluting and more fuel-efficient than most of the competition. The benefit of an efficient fleet with lower operating costs means not only lower ticket prices for flypop’s passengers, but also a less polluted world.

A330's are also designed to give passengers a great in-flight experience. Both the twin aisle configuration and the extra cabin headroom improve passenger comfort and ease movement through the cabin. In addition to usual onboard entertainment flypop aircraft have a Wi-Fi option for those who want to watch their own entertainment, and through which they can order food and beverages on mobile devices. Battery running low? Fear not; every seat will have a USB power point.

From the outset, it is intended that a high proportion of cabin staff will be ethnic South Asians with proven language skills. ‘Exceptional cultural sensitivity’ will define the flypop customer experience when interacting with flypop staff.

The reason why flypop can now fly to Amritsar and Ahmedabad is that these were some of the very first airports in India to be refurbished to international standards to receive the new larger types of wide bodied aircraft, such as the A330, then becoming more commonly used by international operators such as flypop.

With modern aircraft and all the comforts expected by today’s more discerning customers, flypop is the natural choice when flying between the UK, Amritsar, Ahmedabad and indeed South Asia.
