What is included in my fare?
Our low cost promise is possible because you get the choice to spend as much or as little as you want on all the extras, rather than having loads of unwanted hidden extras within a much larger price. So you get your low cost ticket and cabin baggage allowance and the ability to fly long-haul, direct to India at an unbelievable low price!
Can I pre-purchase any extras before I fly?
flypop’s digital system means you pre-pay for meals, snacks, drinks, gifts, entertainment, extra baggage and extra leg room seats so that you can be confident you’re getting what you want during your flight.
When can I Check In?
flypop allows online check in up to 30 days before you fly for any passenger who has selected a seat. Otherwise you can check in 48 hours before take-off. Online check-in is free, but there is an administrative charge for checking in at the airport.
What are the maximum dimensions and weight of the cabin baggage allowance?
Included in your ticket price is an allowance of 1 cabin baggage per person up to 7kg in weight and 45 x 36 x 20 cm in dimension.
What is the Check-In Baggage allowance?
Our prices for check in baggage are very affordable. flypop gives an industry-leading 25kg per bag and you can bring up to 3 bags.
What food will be available during my flight?
There will be a selection of authentic Indian vegetarian and meat-based hot meals, as well as a Western option. We will also be selling snacks and beverages. All can be pre-ordered before you fly for your convenience and comfort.
What is a Digital Trolley?
flypop wants everyone to have the best flight experience possible. We’ve created a digital trolley which means that you order from your seat and its brought to you.
What entertainment will be available on my flight?
flypop’s in flight entertainment system allows you to stream content direct to your own device. We will have a wide selection of films, TV, music, audio, games and other digital content from well-known Indian shows to Bollywood and Hollywood blockbusters.
Does flypop offer business class?
flypop is a single-class airline because we want everyone to have the opportunity to travel at the most affordable price possible. We do offer a limited amount of seats on every flight with increased leg room which you can purchase with your ticket.
