Claim Form

Please fill in the form below if you wish to make a claim under EC261/2004

Note: Please be sure to use the same names as you used on the Booking. Flight details submitted must be the same as the details on the Booking. If your claim is successful we will make a Bank transfer to the account details you provide us with here. We will not be able to make a reimbursement to a credit card. The Booker can make claims on behalf of all passengers on a single Booking or passengers can make an individual claim. We will accept only one claim per passenger. If you are claiming for more than one passenger please make sure you add all the passengers details. You will need to attach a receipt for each item you are claiming and differentiate between passengers in their file names. In some cases this may mean that the same document will need to be uploaded more than once. A credit card receipt is not acceptable as proof of payment. Attachments should be in text or image format with a max size of 3MB each.

Please check all details carefully and make any changes before you submit your claim. Once you submit your claim it will no longer be possible to make any changes.

Upon submission you certify that the information you have provided is accurate, and that you have permission to complete this form on behalf of any other passengers listed.
