Damaged, Delayed or Lost Baggage

What to do and who to contact

Lost or delayed baggage

The most common reason for your baggage not being on the carousel when you arrive at your destination airport is when you have transferred en route between planes, or between airlines. Since flypop operates point to point flights it is very unlikely that this will happen.

You must report the fact that your baggage has been lost, delayed or damaged to the ground staff immediately upon arrival.

To make identification of your baggage easy we strongly suggest that you label your baggage not only on the outside as the tags can get damaged or lost, but also include your name, address and email address on the inside of the baggage as well.

Damaged baggage

You must report any damage to your baggage to the ground staff upon arrival.

Claiming on your travel insurance

We highly recommend you take out travel insurance to cover the true cost of your valuables.
