Here at flypop, we appreciate that everyone's needs are different and we are on hand to provide whatever assistance you require. When booking select the SSR option for blind passenger so the necessary requirements can be made. 

We will also organise assistance to help you once you have landed at your destination, through baggage reclaim, immigration and to the point where you leave the airport.

Onboard safety 

Cabin Crew will take you through the safety briefing, show you how to find the oxygen mask and life jacket and fasten your seat belt. They will also explain to you where your seat is located in relation to the emergency exit and the toilets and will help you make your way to and from the toilet. If you buy food or drink, they will help you to open the packaging.

Assistance dogs

Important note: Animals are only permitted to enter India at airports that have a Quarantine Office. The following airports presently have Quarantine Offices: Mumbai, New Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai. Hyderabad and Kolkata. Amritsar and Ahmedabad do NOT have Quarantine Offices. As such we can not accommodate assistance dogs on these routes.
